In line with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2022/177 dated December 30, 2022, and respective NSE and BSE Circulars NSE/ISC/58390 and BS-20230914-22, dated September 14, 2023, in case where PhonePe Wealth Broking Private Limited (PPWB) trading platforms face technical glitches or outages of a degree that makes the platform inaccessible to its investors, to ensure seamless business continuity, affected PPWB’s customers can exit or square off their outstanding positions using the following common platform under the guidelines of Investor Risk Reduction Access (IRRA), jointly provided by all Exchanges:
