You can file complaints on SCORES through

Filing complaints on SEBI Complaint via “Smart ODR” portal.

SEBI vide circular SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 launched a portal named “Smart ODR” wherein investor can launch complain against any Exchange / DP / Broker and can easily track the status of the complaint.

Below are for raising and resolving dispute -

  1. Go to
  2. Register on Smart ODR portal as Investor account, if not registered.
  3. Login to Smart ODR portal.
  4. Click on File a New Dispute to raise a dispute.
  5. Select the Intermediary against whom you wish to file a dispute.
  6. Select the relevant category of the dispute.
  7. Fill details of the dispute and attach the relevant documents.
  8. Once the dispute is filed, track progress under the Dispute Timeline.
