Varun Beverages Limited (VBL) manufactures and sells beverages. It began its operations in Alwar, Jodhpur and Kosi in 1999. Currently headquartered in Haryana, India. The company operates the second-largest Franchisee of PepsiCo outside the USA. 

Business Segment

The company has a single operating segment:

  • Primary Segment: it produces and distributes a range of carbonated soft drinks (CSDs),  non-carbonated beverages (NCBs) and packed drinking water sold under the trademark owned by PepsiCo
  • CSD Brand Portfolio: includes Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Seven-Up, and more.
  • NCB Brand Portfolio: covers Tropicana Slice, Tropicana Juices, Nimbooz and packaged drinking water under the brand Aquafina

Geographical Presence

Its geographical footprint extends to other regions, including, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Morocco, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
