SRF Limited is an Indian multi-business chemicals conglomerate engaged in the manufacturing of industrial and speciality intermediates. It was founded in 1970 by Shri Rajnikant Shroff and Shri O.P. Jindal as a tyre cord manufacturing company. 

The company has since diversified into a wide range of businesses, including fluorochemicals, speciality chemicals, packaging films, technical textiles, coated and laminated fabrics.

Business Segment

Its business segments include

  • Speciality Chemicals Segment: which produces advanced intermediates for agrochemical and pharmaceutical applications
  • Packaging Films Segment: make BOPET and BOPP films for use in food and non-food packaging, labelling, industrial and other end applications 
  • Technical Textile Materials Segment: produces Tyre cord fabrics, belting fabrics, coated fabrics, laminated fabrics, and industrial yarns 
  • Coated and Laminated Fabrics Segment: makes various polymers to impart desired properties such as waterproofness, flame retardancy, chemical resistance, and more
