Incorporated in 1996, Adani Power Limited, a subsidiary of the diversified Adani Group, is India’s largest private thermal power producer. Its headquarters are located in Ahmedabad, India. 

As per FY 2023 filings, the company boasts a power generation capacity of around 12,400 megawatts (MW), encompassing approximately 12,000 MW from thermal power plants and an additional 40 MW from a solar power project.
