If you’ve submitted the application during the pre-apply window, you can expect the mandate usually within the first day of the bidding window. If you have applied during the bidding window it may take up to 24 hours from the time you have submitted the application. 

However, if you have applied on the last day and have not received the mandate in the next 2-3 hours, please cancel the application and submit a fresh application within the timeline.

Note:

• If you’ve submitted the application on Friday evening, you may receive the mandate on Monday morning.
• If you’ve submitted the application after 5 pm on the day the bid opens, you may receive the mandate on the next day after 10 am.
