Why am I unable to add funds?

If you used UPI, this may have happened because:

  • The UPI ID linked to your bank account is not linked to your trading account
  • You did not accept the fund transfer request sent to your UPI app
  • You’ve exceeded the daily UPI transfer limits
  • You’ve entered an incorrect UPI ID 
  • Your account is blocked due to suspicious activity

If you used net banking, this may have happened because:

  • You have tried adding funds from an unlinked bank account.
  • The transaction timed out.
  • You have entered an invalid OTP.
  • You have pressed the back button or refreshed the page.
  • Your bank account is blocked for online transactions or is currently inactive.
  • You declined the payment request
