- You did not accept the fund transfer request sent to your UPI app
- You’ve exceeded the daily UPI transfer limits
- You’ve entered an incorrect UPI ID
- Your account is blocked due to suspicious activity
If you used net banking, this may have happened because:
- You have tried adding funds from an unlinked bank account.
- The transaction timed out.
- You have entered an invalid OTP.
- You have pressed the back button or refreshed the page.
- Your bank account is blocked for online transactions or is currently inactive.
- You declined the payment request
