What if my name in the bank account is different from the name in my PAN card or Aadhaar?
In this case, you will not be able to open your account due to the name mismatch, as the name on your PAN card should match the name in your Aadhaar and bank account details.
To change the name in your PAN card,

Tap here and select Apply Online>Application Type>Edit PAN details.

Under Category, select Individual, fill in details, and proceed.
To change your name in Aadhaar,

Tap here, enter your Aadhaar, and OTP sent to your Aadhaar registered mobile number.

Tap Edit Aadhaar online, edit details, submit the necessary documents, and pay.
To change the name in your bank details please contact your bank and follow the steps shared by them.
