Why am I unable to proceed with my PAN?
This may happen if:
- You’ve entered an invalid PAN: Please double-check and re-enter a valid 10-digit PAN in the correct format (e.g., ABCDE1234F). Note: Ensure that you use a personal PAN only.
- Already registered for Share.Market or Mutual Funds with your PAN: If this is your PAN, log in with your existing account credentials. For further assistance, reach out to our support team.
- Your recent KYC verification is on hold at the : Contact your KRA (e.g., CAMS, Karvy) to understand the issue. Once resolved, retry the verification on Share.Market.
- We were unable to fetch your PAN from DigiLocker: Ensure your DigiLocker account is active and linked to your PAN. Alternatively, try linking your PAN manually.
- Marked invalid by NSDL : Check the status of your PAN on their website. Resolve any discrepancies before retrying.
- Name mismatch on PAN and ITD records: Verify and update your name in your PAN or ITD records to match. If needed, reach out to your nearest PAN service center or update your ITD profile online.
