How to validate my KYC if it failed or is on hold due to an invalidated email address or mobile number?
If your KYC has failed or is on hold because your email ID or mobile number isn’t validated, just follow these steps:
Important: To check which is your KRA, go to CAMS KRA website. You can check your KRA name after entering PAN Details.
Enter your PAN and complete the captcha.
Click Submit to view your KYC details.
If your email or mobile number isn’t added or validated, update it directly on the KRA modification portal.
