How to validate my KYC if it failed or is on hold due to an invalidated email address or mobile number?

If your KYC fails or is on hold due to an invalidated email address or mobile number, visit the website (CVL, CAMS, KARVY, or NDML website) to validate your KYC. To do so,

Enter your PAN and the captcha.

Fill in your email address or mobile number to get the OTP.

Enter the OTP that you’ll receive on your email address or mobile number for verification. Once OTP is verified, your KYC will be validated.
