Why is my account inactive?
As per exchange rules, if you have not carried out any of the following activities in the last 24 months, your account will be marked inactive:
Trading or participation in OFS, buy-back, or Open Offer across any exchange/segment (e.g., Cash/Equity Derivative, or any other SEBI/stock exchange-approved segments).
Transactions involving , or Mutual Funds, such as applying or subscribing to IPOs (where the bid is successful and not canceled), or Mutual Fund investments (lump sum or successful SIP payments).
Updating or modifying KYC details such as email ID, mobile number, or address validated and registered on the system.
Note: You won’t be able to place new trades, but you can still log in, add, or withdraw funds.
If you don’t trade for 24 months, your account will become dormant, and you’ll need to log in and complete your KYC again to continue trading.
