Why is my account inactive?

As per exchange rules, if you have not traded within 12 months of activating your account or from when your last trade was executed, your account will be marked inactive. 

This means that you won’t be able to place new trades, but you can still log in, add, or withdraw funds.

If you don’t trade for 24 months, your account will become dormant, and you’ll need to login and complete your KYC again to continue trading.
