How do I digitally esign a form?
To do this,

Login to digilocker.gov.in and click Drive>Documents>Upload File.

Upload the form and click Sign.

Enter your Aadhaar number and click Get OTP.

Enter the OTP and click the box to tick for consent.

Click Submit and click the download icon to download the esigned document.
