Tap your profile picture, tap Contact Support>Managing My Account>Managing My Profile>Change Personal details.
Download the form, fill it digitally, and esign it using DigiLocker. Tap here to know how.
Download the esigned form, tap your profile picture> Help Center> View Tickets.
Select the ticket that says Account Modification upload the esigned form and submit it.
