Why have my cash ledger transactions not been updated?
Your transactions may take some time to reflect due to periodic system updates. If you don’t see the latest entries, you can get your latest cash ledger on your registered email ID.
To place a request for the cash ledger on the app or web,
Tap your profile picture, tap Reports>Cash Ledger
Select the duration and tap Get on Email
Note: You can get cash ledgers from your account opening date, with each report covering up to 1 year.
For example, if you select 1st February 2024 as the start date, your report will show transactions until 1st February 2025. For entries after 1st February 2025, you need to generate a new report with a later start date.
