Tap your profile picture> Contact Support>Managing My Account>Manage my profile>Change personal details

Download the form, fill it digitally, and esign it using DigiLocker. Tap here to know how.

Download the esigned form, tap your profile picture> Help Center>View Tickets.

Select the ticket that says Account Modification upload the esigned form and submit it.
