Here are the different pledge statuses:

• Pledge Pending: We’re waiting for your CDSL authorisation. Once you’ve authorized the request on CDSL, the status will change to ‘Pledge Processing’ in 10-15 minutes.
• Pledge Processing: You’ve completed the CDSL authorization. The margin will be released at the beginning of the next trading day.
• Pledge Failed: You did not authorize the request on CDSL and will need to raise a new pledge request.
• Pledge Success: You’ve pledged your shares successfully. 
• Pledge Partially Successful: You’ve not authorised all your holdings on CDSL. This may also happen if you’ve exceeded the pledge limit set by the exchange for some scrips. The status will clear only once you unpledge those scrips.
