Yes, you can sell your before the company is delisted. You can evaluate the company’s exit offer and decide if it’s favourable for you. If not, you may choose to sell your holdings before the company gets delisted. 

Note: Some companies will get delisted without an exit offer. This may result in significant losses to investors.
