• Stocks held in Margin Trading (MTF) account will not be eligible for buyback, so to be eligible for buyback free DP Stocks can be tendered in the buyback

• If you haven’t activated your , you must complete the authorization by entering TPIN. Otherwise, your shares will not be considered for the buyback
