To calculate the share price after the rights issue, add the current market value of all shares existing before the rights issue to the total funds raised from the rights issue sales. 

To calculate the average price of your holdings after the rights issue, divide this number by the total number of shares in existence after the rights issue is complete. 

Note: When a rights issue is offered, the stock price gets diluted and will likely go down as more shares are issued to the market
