Tap your profile picture on the PhonePe app home screen. 

Tap on the Manage Payments tab. Further, tap on Gift Card under More Options.

You will be able to see the Total PhonePe Gift Card Balance
Note: If you’re unable to view your balance, tap Refresh Balance and check again.
