What if my KYC verification is rejected or fails?
Your KYC may fail or get rejected because:
- Details you’ve shared don’t match DigiLocker documents
- You’ve denied us access to your DigiLocker
- You’ve not uploaded a clear selfie or signature
- You’ve not completed your eSign
- Your KYC submission on some other platform is under verification or put on hold at the KRA
In these cases, you’ll receive an email on the reason for KYC rejection or failure and how you can proceed with your KYC.
