If you’re selling securities off-market, you can register the beneficiaries through your DP or using Easi/Easiest login.

If you’re registering through DP, 

1. Download the registration form below.
2. Add all relevant details and courier the filled registration form to: 

PhonePe Wealth Broking Pvt Ltd, Office – 2, Floor 3, Wing A, Block A, Salarpuria Softzone, Bellandur Village, Varthur Hobli, Outer Ring Road, Bangalore South, Bangalore, Karnataka – 560103, India.

3. After successful verification of details, you will receive a link sent by CDSL to your mobile number and email ID registered in the demat account. This is to verify the buyer account details
4. Enter your PAN or BOID. 
5. On successful identification, you will see the buyer details on your screen. Once you’ve verified them, tap OTP Authenticate and enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and email ID. The buyer account details will now be added as ‘beneficiary’ under your demat account. 

You can also register beneficiaries without any physical form using your Easi/Easiest login. Tap here, enter login details, and the OTP received on the registered mobile number and email ID. You will then have to add your demat details, and then add the buyer account details under beneficiary details as well as in trusted account details. 

Note: You will need to register a buyer only once.
