No, as per exchange and regulatory rules, if you’ve sold your shares on a given day, you won’t be able to use the entire amount for trading on that day. 

If you’ve sold your shares today, you can only use only upto 80% of the entire amount on that day itself for trading. You will get this amount immediately. However, you will get the rest of the amount in your trading account only on the next trading day. 

Important:  In the case of BTST (Buy Today Sell Tomorrow) trades, you will receive the entire amount only on the next trading day.
