To do this,

1. Download the account closure form and fill it out digitally.
2. Add a scan or photograph of your signature along with the Client Master Report (CMR) from the other broker. Make sure the CMR is digitally signed by the official of that broker.
3. Merge the account closure form with the CMR copy and e-sign it.

To e-sign,

1. Login to diglilocker.gov.in and click Drive>Documents>Upload File.
2. Upload the form and click Sign.
3. Enter your Aadhar number and click Get OTP.
4. Enter the OTP and click the box to tick for consent.
5. Click Submit.
6. Click the download icon to download the signed document

Once you have downloaded the e-signed form,

1. Tap your profile picture and tap Help.
2. Tap View Tickets and select the ticket with the subject line Account Closure.
3. Upload the merged form and submit it.
