The company operates in major economic and financial centers across India, including Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, NCR, Chennai, Ahmedabad, and Bhopal. With a manufacturing facility in Mumbai and warehouses in Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru, the company has successfully executed projects in tier-2 cities such as Indore, Bhopal, Vadodara, Tirupati, Udaipur, and Goa
In-house woodwork facility
The company has a dedicated woodwork factory in Mumbai for internal use, ensuring controlled and optimized supply of fit-outs for projects. This enhances efficiency, precision, and ensures high-quality woodwork that meets client specifications
Diversified order book
As of December 31, 2024, the company is executing 47 projects with a total value of Rs 70,589.66 lakh, including large projects worth Rs 15,972.15 lakh under Design & Build and Rs 18,808.45 lakh under General Contracting. Diversifying the order book across clients, projects, and industries helps mitigate risks and reduce vulnerability to market-specific challenges
