The company has completed 16 construction & infrastructure projects. It has been accredited as a Class I – (Super) Contractor with the Central Public Work Department, Government of India, and is pre-qualified to bid independently and undertake projects with a contract value of up to Rs 650 crore for construction & infrastructure projects
Decent order book
As of February 29, 2024, the company's order book consists of eleven (11) construction & infrastructure projects, which include: (i) six (6) construction projects, comprising four (4) hospital and medical college building projects, one (1) institutional and administrative building project, and one (1) industrial building project; and (ii) five (5) infrastructure projects, comprising two (2) road projects and three (3) railway projects related to the upgrade/development/redevelopment of railway stations and associated work
Continuous focus on equipment ownership
As of February 29, 2024, the company owns and maintains 397 major pieces of equipment and machinery, including concrete mixers, boom pumps, transit mixers, JCBs, rollers, mobile tower cranes, containers, among others
Concentrated revenue
The company's revenue is primarily derived from projects undertaken or awarded by government, semi-government, and government-controlled entities. Any adverse changes in government policies may lead to its contracts being foreclosed, terminated, restructured, or renegotiated, which could materially affect the business and results of operations
Project portfolio concentrated in Punjab
While the company has a diversified geographical presence, its project portfolio has historically been concentrated in Punjab, India. Any changes affecting the policies, laws, regulations, or the political and economic environment in the region may adversely impact the business
Limited number of clients
The company derives a significant portion of its revenues from a limited number of clients. The loss of any significant clients could have an adverse effect on the business, financial condition, results of operations, and prospects
